To provide an opportunity for the holistic development of women of color students at UCF. This Summit will provide an environment for students to seek information in areas of self-care, personal growth, and professional development, all to cultivate a community of dynamic collegiate women. The Summit will focus on three areas Her Success, Her Impact, and Her Self.
What is success? How do you define success? These sessions are designed to transform your thinking and see past limitations of doubt, fear, and insecurities by providing you with knowledge, motivation, and encouragement needed to support your pursuit of defining success for you!
Be inspired to disrupt the status quo! Define or change your trajectory to confidently walk in your purpose! Be bold to move away from where others believe you should go! These sessions will empower you to tap into your entrepreneurial talents in all your endeavors.
You are the most important part in the equation of Her Success and Her Impact. These sessions will help you unveil your beauty, provide space for you to reflect on your happiness, lifestyle, and address mental health among women. What matters most is that you find some time to find yourself.
