Vilma Portocarrero (she/her/hers) is a junior studying Creative Writing with a minor in Writing and Rhetoric and a certificate in Gender Studies. In her role, she hopes to cultivate more safe and brave spaces on campus through open dialogue. She is an intersectional feminist interested in deconstructing binaries, exploring individual relationships of intersecting identities, and actualizing accessibility for all people. She also works within QLatinx, a non-profit focused on uniting and uplifting the queer LatinX community. She enjoys writing, horror movies, and using makeup to express her creativity.
